Chorrol.com _ Older Games _ Your Enchanted Items.

Posted by: Zelda_Zealot Dec 19 2005, 06:10 PM

Just talk about your enchanted items that you made in-game (So no editer stuff at all).

I made a Daedric Dai-katana with 120 points of shock, yes, it was very expensive.
I also made a Adamantium Claymore that absorbed health (Dubbed the Life Vein, though some of you already knew that.).
And the enchantation I am most proud of would have to be my "Shield of Demon Strength", which gives 45 points of strength. Oh, and its made from a Daedric Tower shield.

P.S. These don't have to be things that you enchanted, just ones you had enchanted in-game. So enchanters are allowed.

I play the XBox version of this game, so if you need extra money for that enchantment, but you killed the creeper, and the mudcrab was murdered by a Clannfer...(blasted clannfears killed my mudcrab! now i have to sell my 280k items to the creeper!) you could always just go in the console and bust out the money cheat.

I guess my most prized possesions is my :

"Ring of Invinciblity"
Constant Effect
100 to 100 points of health on self 1 seconds
Area 0
Weight 0.1
Cost : 500k plus
Value : invaluble
If morrowind for xbox ever went online would you trade it : No
Yes this ring is mainly for a Warrior type class, but if used on a mage whos max hp is 85, haha unstoppable.

"Paints of Jesus"
Constant Effect
Water Walking 10 secs on Self
Area 0
Weight 0.1
Cost 20k or so.
This isn't all that great, on those missions you want to get somewhere and finish it qucik and those pesky razorfish keep trying to eat ya, this is the best alternate way.

"Helm of Shining"
Constant Effect
Light 100percent
Weight 50.0 or so abotu the weight of a daedric helm cus thats what its made out of smile.gif 50 is probably too high i'll have to check
Area 100ft
Cost : Cost me around 50k or so cus i screwed up a cupple times and had to remake it.
Great if your a vampire, i don't have the GOTY edition for xbox though, so no vampire for me, but it does great in helping you play during the daytime when you go into caves smile.gif

I currently have over 600k and is working on my next godly item, lets just say for now that i plan to be down to like 1k by the time this item has been made smile.gif

You don't have to have the GOTY version to become a vampire you know. Perhaps you are thinking of werewolves.

Another one I made was an amulet that healed 100 points per use, kinda useless now though...

Posted by: davion Dec 20 2005, 08:41 PM

naw i wasn't thinking of warewolfs, just i've beaten morrowind and never ran into a vampire. I mean, i went to Vos on the Fighters Guild mission but they never attacked me so i just gave them nice hits in the back of the head and they went down.

It is almost impossable to find a Vampire anywhere but their hideouts. I had played for the better part of a year and never saw on either, you have to look for them. Besides one quest in the main plot envolved killing a Vampire. The Grazeland Ashlander leader wanted you to kill one, just before you had to find him a wife.

Look here on how to find them. http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/xbox/file/morrowind_vampire.txt

I have an enchanted ring called "Insomniac's Boon" which basicly casts a whole lot of fatigue damage on you, effectively knocking most anyone out (even especially high level players).

I only used this on my characters for RP'ing purposes (such as Jimank, commoner man). It was originally a one character item, enchanted by himself personally, but then I just added it through the TES editor and all of my characters had access to it.

I made a complete outfit with constant effect chameleon. With a high sneak skill and 25-50% chameleon, you can attack anything and they won't know where you are = better than armor.

Interesting...I´m not sure how it works but I just might try it out.... huh.gif

The basic idea is this: it's like invisibility, but it doesn't wear off when you do something. The combination of a high sneak skill with high chameleon makes it so that you can do anything while sneaking and nobody will ever see you. I've used this to great effect against some of the creatures added by creature pack 1.1, many of which are quite impossible to defeat for anyone except the strongest, most heavily armored warriors.

250 sneak works to similiar effects. Uhh...best enchantments, lets see I have a character on xbox with 400+ intelligence, being altmer with apprentice sign thats 1600+ magicka and with mantle of woe something like 3600+. Other fun things he has on him is a pauldron with 1-6 fire damage in 3 feet, its costs about .8 of a charge with 400 total charge and the fact I regenerate fairly fast on top of that I can fire out a stream of fireballs for a very long time. I also have a frost verison of that on my other pauldron.

Any weapon with absorb health biggrin.gif

Soulstealer: CWS
Soultrap 15sec.
damage health 25 points

Robe of Wounds: CE
restore health 2pts.

I'm sorry but I fail to see what that has to do with anything said in this topic at all. Please don't go off topic or the Moderaters could delete your post or even lock the thread.

after i got cured of the corprus disease i killed fyr and took all his deadric armor since its so much easier to get a full suit of deadric armor from him then just finding seperate pieces around. i enchanted the entire armor with fortify strength and the clothes underneath with restore health, all the enchantments were constant effect. my character had close to 200 strength and that was without the shield and the ability to regenerate 4 hp per second of damage, all this cost around 1,000,000

that's all it cost? Wow.

a full set of daedric armor and tower shield that boosts strength, great for longsword users, brocade shirt with restore hp 2/sec constant effect, 5 exquisite rings with absorb hp 100 on target on them, daedric dai-katana that has big area effect damage way over a hundred, an invisible constant effect ring, a full set of daedric that boosts speed, nice for running or beating peeps with hands martial artist style or short blade slashings also boosts unarmored but you are wearing heavy armor...go figure

This is the best set I have for Defense, It is of couse fully daedric, fortify block (I got mephala's spell), fortify heavy armor, restore hp, absorb magica, I am not sure what the optimum mix is as I don't know all the EXACT game mechanics, but I have a few three of each so I can mix and match as needed, like why where absorb magic when fighting a warrior etc. Healing is always good though and I pretty much always have at least 10 hp/sec on my during battle if I need any.(rings shirt silk pants, etc. have hp regen)

i have a constant effect levitate ring and a per use one for faster travel.

Hmmm. Well, heres my thoughts....why worry about adding 50,000 points of Fire Damage to a weapon if the weapon does enough damage on its own?

Do you REALLY need 100 points of fire on a Daedric Dai-Katana? What about all the variables in the game? If its a Nord or a Dark Elf, they're mutually resistant to elemental energies.

Besides, one of the first things I did with the Ebony arrows of slaying was fire it on one of Hands of Almalexia. BIG Mistake, killed me instantly. But it was a lesson in humilty.

So I put my spells of restoration into a DDK, and heres what I got:

Deathstroke; Vivec's Soul

Type: Long Blade; Two Handed

Restore Health 5 points for 5 sec
Restore Fatigue 5 points for 5 sec
Fortify Long Blade 10 points for 5 sec
Fortify Attack 10 points for 5 sec

Cast When Strikes

So now instead of constatnl;y worrying about creatures with reflect, or the variables of Elemental resistances, I am constantly renewing my health and strength as I fight, making me nearly impossible to kill, on top of the fact that a DDK does incredible damage.

Just a thought.

ok im confused how do you enchant so i got the spell and the soulgem but how do you get the spell into the soulgem or what do you do

sad.gif im comfused

Posted by: jchamber Feb 26 2006, 07:26 AM

either talk to an enchanter, like the woman in the top of the balmora mage's guild OR save your game and equip the soulgem and hit the button that doesn't say 'recharge an enchantment' that is for restoring your bar of uses, I think the one you want is something like 'create a new enchantment' but without at least 50 enchant you will prolly fail several times with any worthwhile enchantment (20 value) there is an enchantment guide at gamefaqs.com > pc games (or xbox games) > alphabetical letter "E" for Elder (scrolls 3: morrowind)

Daedric towershield of strength
wich is daedric towershield with +45 strength or something.

Posted by: mirocu Nov 19 2013, 06:05 PM

mirocu resurrects another long lost and presumably dead thread

I´ve made a few enchantments but not many. Basically I´ve enchanted one longsword and a spear, both doing Shock damage with the spear being the more powerful and the one I resort to when facing a werewolf or another deadly foe.

Other than that I just use whatever I find. Besides, there´s few Mages Guilds on Solstheim hehe.gif
