Is it possible to barter with Salmo The Baker? No matter what time I visit his home (In Skingrad) he doesn't let me barter with him.... yet everyone claims he sells the best sweetrolls.

I remember I read somewhere that Beth overlooked it. He´s supposed to sell, he even has a sign you know, but they forgot to implement that function.
