Even after a long wait, your story immediately draws me back in. Serene's humanity, her kindness, her spirit...all come through in your wonderful prose. Even something as "mechanical" as choosing armor reveals more about the characters. Beautiful, as always.

Thank you all for your wonderful comments, it´s really heart-warming.... smile.gif and your patience with me as well...

Hmm I must admit I stole the idea of trying on armour from Jonajosa´s lovely story of Johannis, it just got right to me as a really feminine thing to do.... wink.gif :embarrassed:

Um. I hate to do this but.....

I state this rule that was in the contract with my agent for protecting my story.

"Rule number 123,456: I can sue Minque for a total of 3 cakes if she uses the fictional name Johannes. Which is under the copyright protection of
Jonajosastories.inc"

You need to pay me now... In the coffee shop... I'll take a coffee too.

No, The Lord Nerevar Reborn is a young Breton who goes by the name of Trey (well, the name is a guess but the Breton part is true)

Really nice update, mingue. The armor scene was very vivid in my mind, and it is very realistic that most women (even a tall one like Serene - according to Trey's story) won't have quite the same breadth or strength as a man.

As I wrote to Trey, it's fun to read about two different protagonists get into the same fiction. smile.gif

Don't feel sorry about not updating, because real life is after all the most true RP of all, and if that fails because we've spent too much time with a game, it would be really awful and sad. sad.gif

I do hope that you'll get around to updating, it's just that naturally real life must take precedence.
