QUOTE(Sakiri @ Nov 23 2018, 02:23 PM) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FaviconAnd it's the Daedric letter O it looks like. It's very very small. Ooooooh, that's what they're called? I didn't even know there was a special name for that kind of thing. Yeah, I think a Daedric letter makes sense. The forums are named after a city in TESIV: Oblivion, after all. Would be a nice touch to have instead of a bland page with a folded corner.

Where should I be looking to see that? Would it be on my computer or is it somewhere on this site? I didn't get what the Icon is supposed to do, is it for our PC's to click on and linked to our Chorrol site?

I don't know if it just me that sees it, but in whatever browser you are using, you should see on the tabs of any websites you open a little symbol that sort of represents the website. For example, the Bethesda Forums have that black square with a white square in the middle, and UESP has a black square with rounded corners containing "the UESP" in it. At least when I have Chorrol open, the tab for it on any browser I use has a blank page with the top-right corner folded. It seems to be what websites have as default when a favicon isn't chosen. I wouldn't know the first thing about installing it (I didn't even know the name for the thing), but it would be cool to have something more representative of the website.

Oh, I see what you are talking about now! I do remember seeing those in my "Bookmarks" list before, just never knew how they were determined to be what they were! (because for instance: the YouTube ones are all the same, etc).

Oh, what about the Chorrol tree instead of a Daedric letter? Here is the Chorrol tree image that is on the Chorrol guard's armor and shields: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/eldersc...=20120915125127We kind of used that as our (Chorrol Guild) Tabard, but we couldn't get the exact same tree: https://imgur.com/tDGI1dUIs it something we could do ourselves, like on our own PC? (Or maybe something SubRosa could figure out?) Because we try not to bother Starge and Alex to ask for anything more than they already do for us. They are unbelievably kind enough to keep this site going for us out of their own pocket; without ads or paid memberships (which we even offered to have paid memberships rather than lose this site; but they didn't want to take our money to keep it going). They said as long as we remained a tight community like we have been, they will keep Chorrol going for us. They've even had to replace the servers twice for us; and repair it numerous times. So we kind of don't bother them over small stuff in return. This post has been edited by mALX: Nov 24 2018, 06:00 PM
