Please forgive me for not being diligent in following up on this . . . Spring Cleaning and Work, you know . . .

Anyway, I did make sure it was a quest that had not yet been submitted - thanks Grits and Acadian for that list and keeping it updated! So no, it's not Illegal Cargo. Technically the reward for that quest is an enchanted sharpened cutlass. Good try, though, Acadian!

No, it's another quest revolving around the poor sheep . . .

2) There are (at least) six of the West Weald bears - I've killed seven before, and they all have the fangs.

3) And I have a secondary objective.

2. The gang is made up of Bosmers. Bosmer vs Bosmer!

3. Newheim the Portly wants his stolen heirloom back.

I thought at first that this was "The Coming Storm" in SI.

1) Fimmion gives you his pants in exchange for a sweetroll.
2) The name of the quest itself is ominous.
3) This is where it breaks down. The Calming Pants have a mediocre personality enhancement; the Ring of Dessication has its Waterbreathing made useless by the Waterwalking, which prevents you getting underwater to breathe there; the Amulet of Disintegration damages your own equipment, useful only if you're trying to train your Armorer skill.

Anyhow, let's guess that, and find out later what it really was.

Well, if there was a prize for worst clues, I guess I’d win it. Here’s the answer:

1. Bjalfi left his wife Maeva the Buxom to go live in a fort with marauders.
2. His full name is Bjalfi the Contemptible.
3. The quest item is Rockshatter, a shock and weakness to shock enchanted mace. The reward is gold.

The quest is When the Vow Breaks.

1.) It´s pretty pretty, and cozy.
2.) Rather cold, isn´t it? And it can´t be fixed either...
