I really have no current desktop per se - my computer is set to rotate through a batch of images of my choosing. It changes about every five minutes or so. So here's one I took about half an hour ago: Looking south from the path at Hurricane RidgeThen five minutes later: Another one from a little further along the path, using my long zoom lens. Then: Looking west along the path on Hurricane Ridge. I just love taking pictures of paths and roads. Don't know why. And this one is one of my favorites. Looking east from Hurricane Hill. On the knoll just below you can see the path I had walked along. Just beyond its top the Hurricane Ridge Visitor Center is visible. These photos are just four of over three hundred I took along Hurricane Ridge and from Hurricane Hill (the summit of the path) one day in July 2009. Hurricane Ridge is located in Olympic National Park (in Washington State) and is accessed from the Port Angeles gate. The day was perfect and I had a wonderful time. The whole walk was about three miles, but it went up several hundred feet, and I took my time. What a way to lose a day!

The tsunami flooded it! Btw, you can make things a little easier for people looking at your pictures to link to only the image, like this, and spare people multiple clicks to get to it.

That's what I used to do before ImageShack removed that capability from their website (and I couldn't be bothered to sign up). I'll need to make an account with them real quick to get that sorted. EDIT: There we go.As for why Anvil looks so different, the city is open now (as well as Visible When Distant). That is as in no loading screens, I can just walk right through the gates. imgur.comIt's the best image hosting site, it autogenerates thumbnails for you, and forum sized pictures, and lets you edit them somewhat online (rotations and resolution). I very much recommend it. This post has been edited by Olen: Mar 26 2011, 10:22 PM

Look behind you and see an ever decreasing number of ghosts. Currently about 15.

Photobucket will also do all those. It is what I have been using for years. Back to the topic, my desktop this hour. This post has been edited by SubRosa: Mar 26 2011, 10:44 PM

I see a doc that's titled "My Measurements!" My guess would be modelesque - tall and lithe. (framed by very expressive eyes and a faint smile). Also: WOO HOO! Alienware !!!! WOOOOOOOT !!!
