Chorral already is on the side of a Hill (or at least elevated ground)

A new guild would be too complicated.

There probably already is a forgotten city, and I'd rather one that fits with the lore.

So I pick the mine.

Glass and Ebony is only found in morrowind so no. Im sure there will be many forgotten ruins. Sutch is already next to a mountain. I think you should make the guild because there arent many. Add the Imperial Legion.

what i meant by the city on the side of a mountin was a city on the side of a steep mountin! like in gnisis the houses are just cave dwellings. and sorry ragnar i didnt know ebony and glass were only found in morrowind.

A forgotten city would be nice, but I think there will be such on Oblivion anyway.

I would love to see a small, distant trader town hidden high in the mountains where no creature ever goes besides humanoids. Heck it would be awesome, but only if it was snowy...

You should put a forgotten city anywhere away from water and call it Mir Corrup or Artemon (These two cities exist in lore but are not in games). That way it will fit with the lore and would be awesome .
