Wow, the emotions conveyed at the beginning of this update are spectacular! I was completely enthralled by Sethyas account of mourning his sister's death and his reasoning for the duty he must hold to. Utterly fantastic!
Now we'll get to see how Sethyas figures out a way to close down the mines. Judging by his character, I have an idea of which way he'll resort to. I'm sure it'll be interesting to see how he discovers it though. -------------------- I am currently a Writer in The Order of Schola.

Oh, blackmailing. I really enjoy Sethyas' diplomatic actions. Yeah, it's such a shame that Morrowind doesn't allow it too much.
The only example I can remember right now is that Hlaalu mission where you go seal an egg mine. I blackmailed the mine's owner into giving me money yet I still killed the queen afterwards so I got paid by the Hlaalu. Twice the pay, once the trouble.  (Hmm, that sounds like a Hlaalu motto.)-------------------- Fabulous hairneedle attack! I'm gonna be bald before I hit twenty.

Excellent update, Black. I basically had to do the same thing as Sethyas did, but that was because I freed the slaves inadvertantly too soon. Ohwell...
I really liked the "situation" Sethyas created for all the "mishaps" that happened to the members of the Mining Company, very political-like of him. Hmm.... I wonder what this "card up his sleeve" really is....? -------------------- I am currently a Writer in The Order of Schola.

It would seem that Sethyas has learned as much about politics as he had about killing. I enjoyed how he controlled the situation with Llethri, and admired his principled approach to the Caldera mines. I hope he isn't over-confident about his upcoming fight with Venim; he won't have the advantage of stealth this time.

Well, Sethyas still has the ring of the Khajiit. However, all of Redoran will be watching and using it could be seen as dishonorable. The best chance I see is to use a slowworking potion. (Like, it doesn't do a thing till a few days after getting it and then it gives one hell of a big headache, some slight heartproblems and the like.) No one fights well when having a severe case of the flu for example . -------------------- Fabulous hairneedle attack! I'm gonna be bald before I hit twenty.
