Oh yeah, probably his longest work, yes? I don’t remember reading a longer one. Anyway, one thing that is grating on Khajiit’s nerves a little bit is the weird sound effects they toss in at seemingly random times and at a much higher volume than the guys chatting. Do they calm that down a bit or is it the same throughout the whole series? The do keep both the music and sound effects. They don't bother me. The music can be really good at times, especially the Reber Clark stuff. Oh I haven’t heard any music yet. I was just talking about the weird sound effects. In anycase, I will be able to deal with it. It’s good stuff!

He did some of the music in the Call of Cthulhu movie that HPLHS put out. he also starred as the weird artist - Wilcox.

They have The Whisperer In Darkness as well. I bought them both from HPLHS.

Taking a break from more modern stuff and went back to my roots of Marilyn Manson and Tool/APC. I’m on a trip down memory lane trying to reconnect with other artists that I’ve forgotten about — remembrance is hard!

I'm still listening to Alice in Chains a ton, but I've got something different that I am going to post. In the TESVI Predictions thread on these forums was talk about tone and such, which got me thinking about the Daggerfall soundtrack. I personally think the tones for all the TES games have been quite good (even though I enjoy all of them, there aren't that many things that I think all 5 of the main entries have done well). But I don't think any of them beat Daggerfall. The tunes let you know full well you're in for some real adventure in different ways. But I think what stands out most to me are a few of the dungeon themes. They are incredibly atmospheric and foreboding. I was actually pretty blown away for how immersive they were for a game from 1996. I'll post which ones are my favorites later, but for now, if you were wondering where to find high-quality recordings of the soundtrack from outside the game, I've got you covered. I think there are a couple variants of other tracks that are missing, but this is a very satisfying list. BEHOLD THE GLORY THAT IS THE DAGGERFALL SOUNDTRACK.This post has been edited by RaderOfTheLostArk: Dec 10 2018, 02:16 AM
