I have always been fascinated by the Altmer. Since little is known about altmer culture and their homeland(seeing as non altmer can not go past Alinor) I think it would be great if there was a mod dedicated to summerset Isle. I would like some more ideas.

Nice idea, I would love to play a mod like that smile.gif

Perhaps it could start small, say one island off the coast of Summerset Isle, and that island mod be used to entice modders and players to help build more of the Province?

and it would be your job to avoid the guards and ordinary citizens (the citizens will tell the guards about you) and then find the king of summerset isle and pursuade him to let you travel around summerset isle without being pursued by guards. (when i say pursuade that means that you might have to do a really hard quest to gain his approval).
