Although not for another 24 hours still we've made it a pretty rough year, said good bye to some of our childhood heroes and in 28 more days I become 36--- oh joy. Well a couple of things to look forward to this year:
1: Star Wars Episode VIII.
2: Blade Runner 2049.
3: ?????
4: Profit.

Well I got to see Star Wars TLJ this year and forgot to see Blade Runner, oh well I'll watch it on Blu Ray. For 2018...not sure what comes out this year.

Lots of gaming stuff Khajiit is looking forward to in 2018. Soul Calibur6, MechWarrior5, BattleTech (a strategy game set in the same universe as MechWarrior, known as the BattleTech Universe), and possibly even Age of Empires4. Perhaps we’ll hear something about Bethesda’s mysterious new project too, although this one is a little disappointed by recent developments at BGS (Creation Club). Also should be some interesting things coming to ESO in 2018.

6 hours to go here in Treydogland... I will probably be sleeping. The New Year will bring much ESO- and maybe do some things on my now-neglected PS4.

No I found it at GameStop and kinda fell in love with it oddly enough, then again D'va is one of my mains in Overwatch. It's really nice and holds all my debit and membership cards, some places to put cash and coins in so it's pretty neat...though it'll mostly be in my front pockets from now on since I think it's to big for the rear pockets.

Oh, most def too big for a back pocket = long wallets like that are easy to be pickpocketed.

Same here in the M.I.crooked letters. We usually make them like “hoppin’ Johns”. So good! This year though, we are just boiling them up with hog jowl and making jambalaya out of ham, sausage, and a rotisserie chicken we got from the grocery store for Sunday night’s dinner.

As we're very close to another new year I thought I'd resurrect this ole baby for everyone to talk about their festivity plans
Just staying at home, lol. What else can we do nowadays? I'll probably do some gaming.
I know, big surprise. My daughter has plans to go to one of her friend's houses, which is fine with me. I'm not sure if I'll even drink... can't go out anywhere, and I get depressed if I drink at home.

.I'll hold out for 1-1-2020 Special Edited edition, with all the bad scenes removed. Which would make it a rather short feature. About the size of a commercial. Normally, I prefer the director's original intent. In this case the year/feature could only improve with a fair amount of after-the-fact tinkering. Couldn't make it worse.

We're celebration with a severe storm front that lasts from later tonight until tomorrow afternoon. Heavy rain is our worst threat, but spin-in tornadoes can't be ruled out. Once the front clears out, a cold front sets in, with week after week of cold weather. (It's been unseasonably warm so far this winter.)

Only thing that's going to suck this birthday is mine and Dad's tradition of going to Hooters for chicken wings as you can guess no Hooters near where I live, only place that we can go to now is Buffalo Wild Wings in Selina, Kansas.

This day here has been spent varnishing a wall (ugh), playing Wytchwood, modding Morroblivion, downloading more games... reading, too - Walter Moers, and you know he's always mad. In particular in original. Original is always better. But now the fireworks started and it's only 7pm. Poor dog - she's terrified. Which proves conclusively that cats are smarter - they are actually sitting on the window sill watching the show. No kidding! (Of course they too were terrified the first time, but you'd be amazed what a little valerian can do.)
