Nope...I was to tired from climbing a frickin' mountain...which was immensely enjoyable, actually, we saw like a beaver axeyard and everything, so cool...I also ninja'd a tick as it was about to bite my earlobe...only things I liked about that trip.

Had a night of hell at work tonight. Having a few drinks. How is everyone else doing?

Well I wish i could have a few drinks....moved to another office today! Yuck it's so boring having to move all that stuff around..you sorta collect a few things after 17 years! Then I fell into a revolving door! on my knees and the darn door didn't stop it continued pressing at my...back so I could hardly get to my feet and get through! Yeah I really hurt my knees!

Could really need a BIG GT!

Dunno what I ate, but it's really messing with me today. I had stomach cramps last night, with nausea, and same today anytime I ate something. I wonder if the Subway Iate was bad.

High sodium levels, especially if you got the Pepporoni and Salami BMT, or Spicy Italian thinking the 'greasiness' would cure the hangover. Wrong type of greasy, I am afraid.

I worked there for eight years off and on. I know a little bit about their menu.

You basically ate salt with a little protein, and then the milk....oh Rama!

Though I'm certainly one to talk...having only recently dropped the soda and whatnot.

But in less then a month I've lost like...8-12 pounds just by cutting out that stuff.
