Undercity
as Wred turned the corner he saw in front of him three beatiful women washing clothes by the water. on held in her arms a large vase of water that she was pouring gently into the clothes below, the others cleaned. of to the side another sylph sat playing a lute, they giggled as the saw Wred approach.
Megil-front gate, New Vivec Megil was sitting of to the side of the main entrance plaza out of view from most angles. he was thinking over the past few weeks and how his entire city now stood on the verge of chaos, Megil was doing all he could to keep the peace, but everyone even his friends seemed determined to destroy it.
What am I to do, I try and give the people of this island a jewel and instead of treasuing it, they are greedily trying to claim it for themselves. I have faith in the defenses of the city, but even I know they aren't fool proof. of course it is stil to early for any group to understand the complexities of the city, the sheer time ad energy put into building the defenses comprised over 80% of the total time spent on the city. Several tacticians looked over it for loopholes and to create failsafes. engineers looked at it for structural soundness and practicality. of course only portions were revealed no ne person apart from megil go to see the enitre structure that was the megalopolis of New Vivec. To think the current city was nothing compared to the work yet t be completed. it would extend out into the inner sea like a spire. and spread outwards in rings. No one knew that the current hall of justice was a temporary setting and would later house a subsidiary. the central palace of Vivec, a trully grand structre, nearly the sixe of the current city. would house everything that run this city.
Megil was brought out of thought by a familiar voice, it was awoman's voice and it sounded most familiar yet it had been a while since megil had heard it. he stood up and walked down fro his hiding place to see a beautiful nord, no doubt Serene and Sel's frail form. he did not approach but simply leaned against the wall and watched them.
Ordinator-Front gate "I beg your pardon miss, but that is confidential information..." the guard said as he turned, but his jaw nearly hit the ground when he saw serene.
"I beg your pardon mistress, lord megil is just over there." he said with a quick bow and then nodded in Megil's direction.

Wred Undercity
Wred slowly began shifting his way around a bend. The colors were less creepy now that we was used to them, and they actually lit the canal up so he could see where he was going. He relaxed himself, knowing he would have to conserve his energy if he wanted to face the Madness of Megil.
Then he heard music, and his heart began to quicken a bit. Music was always creepy in a deserted canal when there is no source. His eyes looked ahead as he finished the bend and gazed upon the edge of the canal infront. There were three gorgeous blue women with lovely long hair and prominent bosoms, giggling. He was terrified.
Gently he came forward, his boat rocking against the water, until he hit the edge of the canal where the plank stood with nothing more than a little chain. He grabbed it lightly, expecting some disaster, and used it to pull him close so he could tie down his boat. With one deep breath he grabbed his broadsword and his vial, and stepped out of the canoe, to the edge, to the women who sat giggling, so inviting. He knelt to them with his head down, laying his sword, pocketing his vial.
"I am Wred Halius, I mean you no harm," he whispered. Please don't scream or call your men.

And the Buddha replied, "Why not try crawling into the blazing furnace?"

Sylphs
The women looked up fro their task.
"harm? why would we ever think a handsome man like yourself could mean us any harm."
the sylph on lying on the ground stood up gracefully, the semi transparency of her dress making itself obvious. she carried in ehr hand a goblet,
"may we offer you a drink?"
as she said this the second sylph poured the liquid into the goblet.

Megil-Front gate plaza, Ne Vivec
Megil stayed in the shadows,
"likewise serene, and Sel. So what brings you to this wondrous city? I hope you arewn't trying to instigate chaos, like anthanes has already tried." he said coldly. inside he was glad to see them but still he could't help but feel distant since even friends had tried to tear through the city.

Megil
Megil looked into Serene's eyes. "You see it too then." he said, knowing Serene would know what he spoke of.
"Well I apologize for the current inconvenience, if you should choose to pledge sevice in th preservation of this city I can see to it that your magicka be returned to you. If you do not you will simply have to deal with the inconvenience. an old friend stand outside those sealed gates, perhaps you remember him, the mad man who attacked Ald Daedroth. seems he still lives and is madder than ever."

Megil "To the Hall of Justice of course, you do want your magick back don't you." he said pointing to the spire in the distance. He began t walk over to the building assuming the others would follow.
"stuck here from the blockade you say? I can arrange for you to go back if you wish Sel."

Stauros-> Vivec wandering aswell Stauros was wandering VIvec, looking at the sights and the magnificant archeceture(sp I know) when he saw Endris, and could have sworn that he looked directially at him. Stauros quickly turned to a ally and started walking a way to the Tellevanni area heh, that will throw him off, He can't see me in my rich outfit. I can't afford my secret to be blown.
After walking around for awhile taking many turns Stauros started to make his way back to Hlaalu and into his manor where he went to his bath to relax. (ooc Shogun you can see him and mabey follow him to his manor but I would prefer you not to da anything else )

Lykaon, New Vivec"Lost him..." Lykaon muttered as he looked into the water around New Vivec. From what he heard, Dalrus' 'charming' thief had fallen in the water somehow. That meant one of four fates had befallen him. The first and most likely was he had fallen and drowned, the second most likely was that he had fallen and survived, likely by teleportation or washed to the shore, third was he had fallen was drawn into the inner sea and drowned there, and fourth, he was drowned and his corpse washed ashore. Neither of the options really seemed attractive, as all made it exceptionally hard to find the man. Lykaon didn't feel like checking the coastline for a man who could have been long gone by now. But, if he came back into New Vivec he might be able to find him. He had the man's description. Lykaon snorted, having something with the man's scent would have been so much easier. QUOTE ... He dismissed the idea and continued walking. Lykaon moved away from the edge of the Canton/platform (whatever the hell the area of New Vivec are called..) and turned to see the Grandmaster of the Morag Tong admist the crowds of New Vivec. Unusual one so suited to the shadows would be out here in broad daylight. Beneath his gleaming helmet Lykaon grinned, the Dunmer looked old-ish for a Dunmer, but that was only a testament to his skill. Assassins rarely lived long lives, those that did were to be respected.
