"Ma'am, if you and your friend don't mind lingering here for about 30 minutes I can get that tatoo put on you."
she had already ulled the ink for the process and was laying out the sintruments next to the stone table.
"please lie down on the table, it may tingle and hurt a bit"
she did her work efficiently and with as little pain as possible, after she was done she put a bandage on it and instructed serene to keep it on for the next day, and that she was to burn the bandage after that.

(OOC: Sorry it took so long Soulseeker)
Isaarin Sithiln Stauros Manor
Isaarin normally would have relished at a chance to act agitated but recently, with his assistant mysteriously disappearing and his Council Chambers raided, he was looking from help from whever it would come.
"Stauros, we have a problem. House Redoran, House Telvanni, Megil TelZeke and several other notable threats are keeping an eye on House Hlaalu. Surrounding us, as it were.
"In fact," Isaarin went on, "House Hlaalu are the ones that are supposed to be top notch in the dealings like these, but we're being out-done. We're being sunk. Currently, though we're the rochest in financial wealth we have the most poorly trained army--err... guard. If any particular faction were to team up with another they could destroy us, and I have a feeling certain dealiongs are already being made. There is a lot of deceptive activity, and I'm afraid my life may be in danger."
En'Fel New Vivec Inn
"Here we go," En'Fel said, grabbing a piece of parchment and a pen. "Oh right..." he said, staring helplessly at the quill. "Well anyway, I have some unfortunate News. You may not be seeing me for a very long time. You see Akar, to say it simply, we have two different paths in life, two different journeys, and though they were joined for a little while, it wasn't long. I'm afraid i'll be leacing this city soon, smuggling myself away to Sadrith Mora for some business.
"I don't know why I don't just stay with my people. Ever since Hel'Tic and Anhasou died I haven't really felt right in dealing with my own people. I want to preserve them, but I want to do it the way I know best."
En'Fel paused. "That was easy. Did you need anything else? Oh right, the flaming woman. Heh heh. Let me explain something to you. You see this amulet?" En'Fel revealed the amulet Amili gave him. "This represents a deal amde between us. The Pyromancer and I. She has become... bored with Melkaan Uvirith. You know who is right? You were there the day I swore revenge upon him. Well, the Pyromancer will soon be successing him. Call it a prophecy, pretend I see visions. When she does, I will be able to take advantage of her and reclaim the lands they stole. I will sack any Telvanni city necessary. Telvanni will fall if necessary. I will... give her a chance to be reasoble first. If you think she's important enough to appear in a vision then... I don't know how she will act when she successes him. Does that answer your question?"

Cedris, Ald'ruhnCedris turned around as he felt his power drain. His smile turned to a sneer as Anthanes got closer. "A Dunmer who thinks he can stand up to me, a particularly ugly one at that." (OOC: Don't take it personally all my characters enjoy ranting.)

QUOTE(minque @ Sep 30 2005, 07:50 PM) Sedrane, Zergonipal"Ah Jonacin,,,,,you made one young man rather happy......tell me does he stand a real chance,,,,,honestly Jonacin...?" "I honestly couldn't tell you Sedrane. Were he in Hammerfell, he would have been brought to The Hall of the Virtue's of War many years ago, to train. As it is, he only has a slim chance. I will do the best i can with him. Would you like me to see if you also have the spark?"

Kaushad Zergonipal
"I'm afraid there is isn't time," Kaushad remarked. "You can do that later. For now there is a lot of business. Men will be returning to Zergonipal soon with reports, lot's of reports. New recruits from Urshilaku and Ahemussa will also probably be here by now. if you want to know if you have some sort of weird spark, it will have to wait."
Judd Vhahl Balmora
Judd wandered the streets of Balmora, unable to hide his wide grin. Hlaalu guards marched about, some remarking at his beautiful glass armor. He smiled maliciously and took his mace out. At the present time he was around 42 years old, and his bones were beginning to ache again. He needed a new sacrifice.
He also wanted something of an opening qeue, a welcome back from 20 years in the shadows. Something big.
"Guard, I have murdered more than 500 men," he said. "My name is Judd Vhahl, you may have heard of me. It was in this spot Legion guards surrounded me and beat me to a pulp. They thought I had died then and everyone could rest easily. Do you remember that story from your childhood?"
The guard looked cynically. "Is this some sort of game?"
"Please, remind me of that story," he chuckled in his barotone voice.
"Let me see. They brought the Mages guild in to subdue him. The grandmaster, whatever his name was, pulvarized him into dust."
"Good story, anything else you know?"
"Yeah, had a bunch of gashes on his forehead. My Mom used to tell me that story. I tell that story to my kids some times. I like to tell them he simply ran away to the Hills, and if they leave the city then he'll find them and eat them."
At this Judd cackled. "That's great! That is magnificent! I'm afraid I don't like the taste of dunmer in my mouth though. It tastes like a combination between raw sewage and bad corn."
Judd walked over, pulling his mace out. "The Legion and the Mages guild, in a combined effort, chased me off to the woods. Let me ask you something, do you see any Legionnaires aroung here?"
He swung at the guard with the side that didn't have any spikes, knocking him into the river, then he kept the guards head under until he passed out. By this time many other guards came for him. He let loose a furious volley of strikes, pounding them as they came, moving untouchably, pausing after every kill. In the end, he left only three alive, and began dragging them away from the city. He was followed from a distance but no one dared get too close ever since he grabbed a young child by the throat and bit his jugular off.

Ooc: OMG doomed lol Stauros-> in his manor (bewildered for the moment)Stauros dropped his bottle and it spilled all over the floor, "wha, You, you can't be serious! Rebuilding the forts? training armies!? Even if we were to do that we wouldn't see results for a while." Stauros thought for a moment We'll actually if we push the recruits for a few months we can get a few through training in a few months and then actually ahve an adaquit(sp) standing army in, mabey, a year, mabey sooner. This acctually might work. Stauros smiled, "Okay Isaarin, forgive me, i thought it out and it acctually does make sience" At that moment a servant burst into the room and ran over to Stauros, "Serjo! Lord Megil has fallen! I was in the Market when I heard the rumour!" Stauros thought for a second and waved the servant away, "I will deal with that matter later, I am conversing about Hlaalu future conditions, please leave." "yes Serjo, I'm sorry serjo" (ooc I had to find out somehow. )

Fargor (or whatever i named him) -- New Vivec
Fargor opened the door, drew his iron shortsword and began running towards the only other person in the room other than Amili. Buts something was wrong, Amili was protecting Melkaan. The next thing he new, the Bosmer was engulfed in flames and on the ground rolling in pain. His skin was charred, his clothes burning, and his hair crispened. In his final thought he kept asking himself why he was betrayed and what went wrong. And with that his pointless existense ended...
OOC the end of Fargor, the young bosmer assassin.
Endris -- New Vivec
Endris stopped in front of a manor in new Vivec proper and pulled out his instructions for the assassination. He looked over them, stuck them back into his pocket, and moved into the alleyway on the side of the manor--checking for guards as he went.
He opened up a small window on the side of the house and very carefully climbed in. The assassination was not for one of the Houses and it was not against anyone important. It was simply someone who wanted someone else dead and was willing to pay a high price to have Endris do it personally.
He stepped lightly through the house checking each room carefully before he entered, until finally he heard something. What sounded like a shuffling of footsteps was coming down the stairs. Endris drew his Katana slowly and quietly. Just as planned the room grew darker, enough to throw the target off for a second. He rounded the corner and sprinted up the stairs and before the Altmer woman could cry for help, the Darkhand Sword was in her heart.
The blood seeped up the sword along the length of the blade until it was a light shade of red. The woman fell to the ground and her lifeless body rolled down the stairs; and as quickly as he had entered, Endris was already a block down the street....

Isaarin Sithiln Stauros Manor
Isaarin stared coldly at Stauros. "Why do you care of the dealing of Megil TelZeke?" he inquired.
En'Fel New Vivec
En'Fel shrugged helplessly and left the room with his keys. He could use it tonight so it wouldn't be a waste of hard-earned money. He got strange vibes from Akar though. Something seemed more mature about him. He realized how far they had grown apart since they were two lost mer travelling together. Well, they found what they were looking for anyway. Akar found hios mother and En'Fel found his purpose.
His vision suddenly changed as he got a powerful mental image in his mind. It was gone a in second. He saw it so clearly, but couldn't remember what he had seen, like waking from a dream and forgetting an event that happened just a seocnd ago. Nothing was left in his mind, no trace. When he opened his eyes he realized it had caused him to faint. People were rushing toward him. He stopped them, stood up and walkied away, feeling quite disturbed. All he had left was this terrible, apprehensive feeling about what he had scene. Something in his future was wrong.
