My battlemage, which I oh so creatively named after myself is generally good. Though he might steal something expensive or some other things if he needs money.

My Khajiiti Assassin, Ri'Vakar is...kinda sorta evil. He's less evil and more...Amoral. He does want he wants, what feels good. Regardless of other's well-being. It so happens he enjoys killing. Among...other things. So he makes a fine assassin, as he's quite good at what he does. evillol.sml.gif

For the most part I am pure evil... but those who prove their loyalty to me are spared if not rewarded... those who are disloyal will find fates far worse than death and eternal damnation...

Good phew
Evil all the way.
I have just finished the thieves guild quest and now have the cowl, which allows you, among other things, to commit crimes with impunity.
Have just recently been clearing out the mages guild halls of all life.
And leaving those who only fall unconscious cowering in the corners screeming for the gaurds. You then take of the mask and walk into the town everybody non the wiser. I like walking up to the guards as they run towards the guild hall just to say hi.

For my first game I was a mix, which is quite necessary if you want to try all the quests.

For my next game I'll be all good, not joining the DB or Thieves Guild, and I'll try to keep infamy at 0.

I tend to make my warrior types Good and my sorceress/battlemage type characters more evil but not totally bad.

But I'd kill anyone anytime for good housing. laugh.gif

Here! Here!

You know, I make conscience efforts to be good, and I feel bad when my infamy starts to outrank my fame...but I just end up being evil most of the time.

*shrug* I guess my character is always too much of a klepto to stay on the good side of the law... wink.gif

Yeh, klepto is a big problem with me too and I'm just like those people who do it just for the thrill. It's not like I don't have the money. But I love to walk right into shops and just go up their stairways and start rutting around in their chests and cabinets and see what I can find that might be worth taking.

I have found that if you greet them first when entering the shop though, they are more likely to come up the stairway and say "Yes?" ... "Can I help you" ... or whatever. I haven't really thought of a good reason yet to tell them why I am tearing their bedroom apart! nono.gif

I find it quite disturbing that there is no 'Neutral' option, but if I had to choose, I'd choose Good. Eventually in the long run, I'd want nothing but good as it's the best for everyone. If it means that occasionally someone would have to do something evil, so be it, and I wouldn't shudder to perform such a task. Usually, when roleplaying in the Forgotten Realms, I play Lawful Neutral. It's what I do best.

Mhh, thread necromancy... ^^

It depends a lot on the game, but in Oblivion, it turned out to be clear Evil (Neutral Evil, in D&D terms).
Unsurprising for a natural assassin (as in: doesn't need Dark brotherhood contracts to murder on a regular basis).

In DnD terms I would classify myself "Chaotic Neutral". But if I have to choose between "good" and "evil" I would have to choose good first, if only temporarily. It is less realistic for good to come from evil than evil to come from good.

That might be arguable; a proverbial example: "Evil feeds upon itself".

Good, always. The Committee of Concerned Shadowscales (CSS) believes that any mission undertaken for the greater glory of Argonia is inherently good, no matter how many dead bodies you have to dispose of. Or not, depending on the mission. Killing the Dunmer does not count as evil, is it is a public service for the greater good of Argonians everywhere.

Yes, my character is a bit psychotic.
