QUOTE(Ibis @ Jun 13 2006, 03:57 AM) But I'd kill anyone anytime for good housing. Here! Here! You know, I make conscience efforts to be good, and I feel bad when my infamy starts to outrank my fame...but I just end up being evil most of the time. *shrug* I guess my character is always too much of a klepto to stay on the good side of the law...

I find it quite disturbing that there is no 'Neutral' option, but if I had to choose, I'd choose Good. Eventually in the long run, I'd want nothing but good as it's the best for everyone. If it means that occasionally someone would have to do something evil, so be it, and I wouldn't shudder to perform such a task. Usually, when roleplaying in the Forgotten Realms, I play Lawful Neutral. It's what I do best.

Mhh, thread necromancy... ^^
It depends a lot on the game, but in Oblivion, it turned out to be clear Evil (Neutral Evil, in D&D terms). Unsurprising for a natural assassin (as in: doesn't need Dark brotherhood contracts to murder on a regular basis).

QUOTE(paragenic @ May 4 2008, 08:05 PM) In DnD terms I would classify myself "Chaotic Neutral". But if I have to choose between "good" and "evil" I would have to choose good first, if only temporarily. It is less realistic for good to come from evil than evil to come from good.
That might be arguable; a proverbial example: "Evil feeds upon itself".

Good, always. The Committee of Concerned Shadowscales (CSS) believes that any mission undertaken for the greater glory of Argonia is inherently good, no matter how many dead bodies you have to dispose of. Or not, depending on the mission. Killing the Dunmer does not count as evil, is it is a public service for the greater good of Argonians everywhere.
Yes, my character is a bit psychotic.
