Amili and Melkaan, New Vivec
"What the hell was that?" Melkaan asked incredulously.
"An assassin, apparently." AMili remarked coolly.
"Guards!" Melkaan shouted. "Go get three more guards to patrol my quarters." he shouted at them.
Amili gave the guards a sly wink as they left, telling them to get more guards loyal to her. She had already secured much of her position before assuming it.
"I have to leave this city." Melkaan said once the guards left. "I want to be in a place with more friendly eyes than unfriendly."
"Very well." Amili replied. "I'm coming too; these guards are about as competent as a wild guar when it comes to things like this."
Melkaan nodded; he was too shocked at the appearance of the assassin to think throught the situation any more...
Cerpin, New Vivec
While wandering the streets, Cerpin overheard talk of the recent hero of the city; some Arena champion.
Obviously, the Arena was a place where it was legal to kill, though mercy was also an option for some. The first was the only option for the Shifter.
Sel, Ndw Vivec
"Great." Sel said as he checked to make sure that his sword was in good condition as he made his way with Serene towards the Arena.

Cedris, Ald'Ruhn
Cedris laughed, knelt on his knees and sprung forward, taking the advancing Dunmer by the leg in an attempt to trip him.
Amroth, New Vivec
(OOC: Megil hasn't been responding to Amroth, so I'm going to go ahead and say they let him in.)
Amroth wandered around and eventually noticed two people. One was a male dunmer, and another a Female Imperial, who he mentally noted was very beautiful. Walking up to the two strangers, he asked them a question.
"Excuse me, do you perhaps know anywhere there is a room for rent, an Inn maybe?"
He froze suddenly, he knew who this woman was. She owned a manor where he had come from, Ald'Ruhn. He used to come to her door begging for food. Embarrased, he started to turn and walk quickly away.

Dalrus, New Vivec, bridge from redoran to arena
Dalrus had been confused for days, she didnt know what to do with her life, and magicka was constantly on her mind, she knew she needed a tutor to control and train her power. Suddenly as she was heading to the fight, a cloaked figure walked by her. He was quite skinny, his hair was bright red and his skin was pale, she wasnt sure if he was imperial, or anything she had seen. Suddenly its form dissipated into smoke, and showed up right in front of her, laughing it stole her document she was to deliver to the Hlaalu treasury after the game. "Help anybody" dalrus's yell could be heard everywhere within redoran and arena cantons. The thing took out a dagger and looked at dalrus

Kaushad Zergonipal
"I'm not patronizing you Sedrane! It's foolish magic for his people. We have our own ways to create our warrior of the Magic Sword, our own traditions. If we give them up we give our people up. If En'Fel or Hel'Tic were here I can guarantee you one them would have been, but just because we're lacking the right men for it doesn't mean we have to give up our traditions. For my sake stop this defecation of our Ancestors and help me in a way that benefits our people! Your men will be here shortly, you have to deal with them. Find this spark or whatever you call it later when you don't have a duty to do."
Kaushad was harsh but an honest cynic, as a man who was very likely to mix traditions when it came to sexuality it was rather hypocritical of him to uphold to strict traditions on the combat level. Nonetheless he had his reasons. He lied though, the troops wouldn't be here for a little while, plenty of time to touch foreheads, but he didn't want to think about his son betraying his own culture.
En'Fel New Vivec
En'Fel rested the day and recovered from the unsettled feeling he had previously. He looked at the calendar on the wall, and got a little excited. She should know the date when he'll be leaving by now. I ought to get myself on a ship shortly, he thought. His job of packing up containers would make it easy to smuggle himself on a ship to Sadrith Mora, and he learned there would be on departing in the Ebeming. He had one more full day in this City where he lived as a King (he didn't realize quite how many Telvannics he stole from the Battlemage earlier) to being forced to live on the Underground, waiting for the setting to set itself up just so.
He Smiled and wandered down to the Docks, slipping behind a Wine stock into a Labyrinth of assorted goods where no one could see him. It was his predetermined meeting spot.
Isaarin Sithiln Stauros Manor
"Well as a precautionary step you will be out of this City, and I will remain within it," Isaarin said. "If I leave the protection of Megil TelZeke, I will be killed. Listen Serjo, I have trust in... well not you so much as your ability. You're very good at what you do. I will be the right-hand, and you the left. While the world stares at Hlaalu's right hand, the left hand will be working vigoursly. While the world turns it's inspection on the left hand, the Right-hand will work vigorously. I will work on getting Hlaalu political leverage and doing what I do best, making us money by whatever means necessary. You will distribute this money through our territory to get our military power rolling. With a little back-handed work and some business ethics, our military will be rolling rather soon. Then, then we can stand up for ourselves against the bullying we're sure to receive from Redoran, Telvanni and... Megil TelZeke."
Isaarin took a sip of his drink and smiled. "You get to enjoy a gorgeous manor and a nice civilization here in new Vivec. I understand you wouldn't want to leave, but if you get Fort Moonmoth up and running and a recruitment stall in every village in two-three months time, I'll build one twice the size in Balmora. That's your goal. How do you like it?"

Falx Albarnias New Vivec Plaza
After several days of intense treatment and magickal healing Falx had nearly recovered, as so much as to leave the infirmary without consent.
Minutes of wandering brought him in towards the Plaza, just a stonesthrow away from the inn. He took his time however, especially when he noticed to figures that he faintly recalled.
Sel.. and Serene. I wonder what brings them here. Ha, I wonder if they even know I'm alive?
Falx didn't bother to pursue, he was much to tired, and the thought of him appearing to them in his hagard state wouldn't due. Perhaps he'd invite them to dinner sometime.
On his way to the inn he involuntarirly (SP) reached for his shoulder, it didn't hurt anymore but felt oddly cold, somewhat other worldly. Upon further inspection he found out that the Ebony studded Adamantium plate covered the gaping wound that was once there. Disgust filled him, now he wasn't human, he was like those damn centurions of the past. Humilty fueled revenge, and unto the Inn he went to gather a new battle plan.
