well for the pc:

1. Morrowind
2. Hitman 2
3. Worms 2 (that game is the BOOM!)
4. Warcraft (the first one was well old and crudy, the 2nd one was better and the one before 3 I've never played and 3 kicks butt)
5. Starcraft and expantion
6. Quake (2 wasn't bad, 3 had no story line and I don't remember 1)
7. Majesty and expantion(an okay game)
and thats all I can think of at the moment

I'm willing bet my official list of favorite games that it will be good. Those aren't even my favorite games, I don't know, leo steel is definitely addicting as hell but like Republic Commando was pretty anti-climatic and skie of arcadia was alright but not that great... It's hard to choose, they all have their pros and cons.

In no particular order, because I am too lazy to think of an order for them:

- Warcraft 3
- FFVII
- Age of Empires 2 (I think it beats AoE 1 and AoM)
- Morrowind
- A choice between Rome: Total War, Total Anihilation, FFVIII, various others...

I expect to change the list dramatically in the next few months, for 4 reasons:

- Oblivion
- Black and White 2 (original didn't make the list as it didn't have enough WAR tongue.gif)
- Age of Empires 3 (though I dislike the fact it is more modern)
- Supreme Commander (Total Anihilation but with more... stuff!)

I think I'll change my 5th choice to Neverwinter Nights. I've recently started playing it again and have been really getting into it. The first time round I didn't quite understand every part of the game, but now I'm making sure to go through all of the different parts and it really is interesting. I think it's mainly a case understanding the way that the D&D system works, as it's very different from any other PC game system (it was originally for pen and paper gaming, after all). I've been spending a lot of time playing a gnome wizard, and the magic system is certainly very impressive, and has a lot more depth than other RPGs.

So far I've only being playing the single player campaign, but it's also got a very strong editor tool for creating your own adventures, and online play including some persistent worlds that function similarly to MMORPGs (but with less people). There's also a "Dungeon Master" feature built in that effectively lets one person take control of the world (ie. All NPCs, monsters, areas, items etc) but I'm not quite sure how this functions because I'm not familiar with pen and paper D&D.

So, thumbs up for Neverwinter Nights.

Wow, is it just me or is this site looking more like the main morrowind site each day? Hmm. Can't beat perfection though....

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (like you had to ask)
Phantom Crash
Mechassualt
Mechassault 2: Lone Wolf
Twisted Metal (the whole series)
Sonic The Hedgehog (the whole series)
StarCraft (the whole series)
The Sims (the one's I've played)
DarkEden (www.darkeden.com)
...If I think of more I'll let you know.

PS: Alexander, kudos on the new site's look. biggrin.gif
