Megil simply sat patiently as teh two men opposed each other,
"This is between the two of you, do not drag me into it. Please feel free to settle your differences now, it will save many lives and spilt blood to settle this man to man than behind armies,"

Raavin, HOJ "Its bad policy," Raavin said. "To promote violence in your own Hall of Justice, Serjo Tel-Zeke." Raavin's hand was on his longsword, just in case. "Bersides, Endris' death will be of little consquence in the Tong, they are used to death, it is traditional for a successor to slay the provious GrandMaster to attain his rank. If Endris dies, the next highest will take his place until none are left."
"Isaarin's death would create civil war within Hlaalu, as the nobles would all vie for power."

"Please Raavin, I will not allow it to go to the death, sometimes a good spar will settle many an issue. I am aware of the chaos that would befall the death of a leader, but a few wounds is not the same as death."
Megil had yet so much as to lift a finger other than to drink some brandy.

OOC...endris smashed isaarin's cup though, how can he take a drink? did you miss that post, doomed? Endris calmed himself slightly, until hearing Megil's words about dueling it out with Isaarin provoked him. He turned the sword, still laying on the table from smashing the glass, so the blade was facing Isaarin. Then Endris swung the sword along the table at the man hoping to catch him off guard.

QUOTE(DoomedOne @ Nov 1 2005, 12:50 AM) Judd Vhahl outskirts of Ald-ruhnAt this Judd positively laughed. "No... you want the Nightmare to work for you, you bring me the people. No one else but you. You do the dirty work. If you refuse then fine. You have three options. Bring me the sacrifices, Leave this cave or stay in this cave and die." The Silhouette
"And if you want the Silhouette on your side you don't make demands, you wouldn't be able to drive me out of here, however i will get those men, for my master's sake not for your's" the silhouette ran out of the cave as fast as wind, and towards ald ruhn

Val-Jeer, Still in Jail
He had paced until his feet were sore, but a memory did come to him. It was after he found the lute. He played... something. Ah yes, that song. The one he had been cursed to remember for some time now.
Then what?
Something happened. It was faint, but he felt it. The feeling of a warm, dry breeze drifting through him. After that... well... it was still too fuzzy. Either way, he was convinced something had entered him. Something terrible.
And the lights?
When he came to as the guards were on him, they were there. Yet, the guards didn't seem to notice them. Only he could see them. Where were they now? He felt he had another explanation for this one.
But that would mean he was very sick.
"Ah crap, I gotta get outta here..."

Astri strode into the New Vivec guild hall hoping to grab a few drinks and catch up on the latest rumors. Once again he expressed his dislike of the choice of ale to the barkeep, whom he badgered constantly. "You don't have to come *here* for ale.", barked the barkeep grumpily."But then I wouldn't have anyone to pass the time with old man!", Astri replied with a good natured grin.

Isaarin Sithiln Hall fo Justice
Not too surprised by the man's sudden violence, one of Isaarin's guards raised his spear, more than enough to block a swing coming from the front. Isaarin then ducked away. "You've done yourself in now," he cackled, skipping his way around the table while both his guards moved in with their spears defensively.
Judd Vhahl Ald-Ruhn Outskirts
"Good," Judd smiled, punching each of the three mer upside the head so they fell unconscious. He grabbed bits of cloth from what were his bandages and tied them up, then using his own blood he painted a triangle on the ground, with three lines from each corner going to the center. He laid one victim to rest at each corner.
"If you're weak of heart you won't want to watch this," he said. "And don't dare step inside the triangle." Slowly, the three mer came to just as he was finishing up. "Drink!" he said to each, cutting himself and dripping his hot blood down the throat of one of his victims. He traced his steps back to the center of the circle, and used his ceremonial knife, flinging it at the dunmer, killing him instantly. Wred repeated this with the other two, and suddenly the blood they spilled began flowing unnaturally toward the center of the triangle. As is touched Wred's feet, he felt himself being revived. His scars began fading away and his wounds closed up. His hungry belly filled itself, his muscles regained their strength, his wrinkles disappeared. He again looked like a twenty something man.
"Ahhhh," he sighed. "Now, your master..."

And the Buddha replied, "Why not try crawling into the blazing furnace?"
