maybe their doing what the Creators of Fable did. You couldn't choose your facial hair or hair style in the beginning, you had to go to a shop and buy facial hair and different hair styles.

I want my guy to be bald, and have a tufft haha and look like hes ready to beat someone dead

Or maybe i'll just make my guy a hand to hand expert and make either Ryu or Ken from street fighter.

My hair grew and naturally went grey and bald in Jail in Fable. lol.
I think modders will have beards out within weeks of Oblivion's release, but then you may have some problems the dev's did with physics and glitches. The dev's aren't lazy, so there must be a good reason they didn't add flowing beards in the final.

Nice find for once i have not seen most of them. They seem pretty old though. The reason they are not posted on W4O or the main site is because they are of lower quality than most of the screens and some people might have a bad perception of oblvion if they see them.
