In Morrowind i made this mod with a guy that would buy as much as i wanted him to, he had about a billion gold, a simple mod that affects the game very much.
In Oblivion, the NPCs will be able to steal from others. So if I made this mod for Oblivion. Then the thieves would steal from this rich person, and all the thieves in the area would be too dam rich.
