If you steal a horse this presumes a npc uses that horse so

Aye, they will.

NPCs can do pretty much anything that the player character can.

Except to think, and feel, and LOVE.

Ahh, feels good to be human.

Lmao. They can actually feel simulated Love, as there are relationships in the game but the player cannot take part in a relationship further than someone to talk to.
But, yeah... Wait on a perch with Bow and Arrows waiting for Traders or Knights to pass through the woods before quickly taking them out and looting. Hehee. You can do that with or without them being on horseback but I guess they will dismount and investigate if they have the guts.

yah prolly. i mean, if they're smart enough to steal food when necessary, they're smart enough to see a potential profit. but prolly not smart enough to realize that their profit will probably be followed by an arror in the back or a dagger to the throat!! biggrin.gif

Well if you read the main thought in this thread, which I think you did, then that proves that they do.

fishing in a pond doesn't always end up as easy as people make it out to be....unless it's superstocked and you got some nice bait....and I am going to be in the Imperial City pond, use some nice food or drink item as my bait and a nice spell, damage on target, ready as my hook

lol nice! well one of the incidents the dev had was that an NPC made a copy of the main character, and that character went off on a killing spree....so yea, unless something has changed.
