Oh gosh, I can't really remember, but I'm sure it was 2004... Let me think... I'm pretty sure it was either at the end of november or beginning of december since I remember playing morrowind during christmas-preparations and dreaming about the sequel. biggrin.gif So I guess it's one year and three months? kvright.gif It surelly feels like more...

All I have to say is that I have been waiting far too long. And Bethadesa has just given me enough over time that I haven't strangled myself with my mouse. I don't remember the exact date but I think it was octoberish of 05 and I have been almost vicious ever since. viking.gif

OMG.. I remeber talking on the main forums after I started playin Morrowind when the next game was gonna be released...

Heh, and I remeber that day I almost pissed myself when I went to the website (which wasn't dieing, but losing a few peeps) and the count down thing started.

So, I'd say a long boat time

Since the time I joined the TES forums, back on the 17th of September, 2004. I remember everyone being excited about the whoel countdown thing, and then a short while after my join date, they announced Oblivion (I think).

Hm... perhaps then it was since October. That's funny, I swear I was following Oblivion long before I joined the TES forum, and I joined the TES forum in December. I could have sworn I placed the date in August when I first learned about it.

Well, actually it was known they were developing TES 4 for a long time but Bethesda is sly in that they don't release information officially until everybody knows it already.

There was a time after Daggerfall's release when I was phantasizing about what Oblivion might be about. There was but a rumor on the UESP about TES4: Oblivion. Of course the rumor was mostly wrong, stating that it would take on Summurset Isle. It was however speculated, even back then, that you would be able to visit Oblivion (the sphere) in that game.

So, how long have I been Waiting4Oblivion? Many years.
