Hey I ahev this sort of comv idea that starts off sort of like smalle-ville but ends up a bit like a cross between the punisher and sin city, and at the same time I have my own, very unique style in it, like in all my stuff. What do you think?
I don't quite understand what you're saying...
Damn, it's late, and I haven't had caffeine for roughly 6 months, and without realizing it just had like 3 cokes in a row.
What time is it where you live?

It's 1:30 here. Not that later, but my fatigue sets in around 12:00 and if I have caffeine, I'm not running from a sane point of view anymore. Luckily, the small caffeine high has worn off.

Okay Oozae, prepare for a long winded post.

Oh, just a good comic idea I was coming up with. Everyone has there art form, well I'm an aspiring comic artist (and/or revolutionary orator, which is my other skill)

The reason is, I'm great with characters, plot, dialogue and irony, but I suck at descriptive language.

I'm a good artist, and I like really deep shadows, but I can't paint if my life depended on it.

So anyway, I got the idea of a guy who was sort of the emotional link that kept his friends and family sane. His father was a vet with extreme PTSS, his mother would have never recovered form cancer if it wasn't for his support, he protected his little brother from gangs and helped his best friend with all of her problems with drugs. Seems like a town hero, but he's obsessed with death. He has acute thanatophobia (fear of death),m probably caused by listening to his dad talk too much, and by his mom going through cancer.

So, something weird and very superman like happens where he's given a pivotal choice. He can become completely invulnerable, but the cost would be an unleashment of something upon the world that made it sick.

So, flash forward. He is just a wanderer, and he'll meet any conflict he hears about with some powerful fists. In the opening, it's a simple back alley armed rape, that he arrives to, and almost as soon as he tells them to stop, gets a few bullets to the body. They ignore him as he gets back up, sneaks behind them, grabs them and beats the crap out of them. They think it was a vest but as it progresses people he comes in contact with will realize his unique quality

So it seems pretty cliche, like a scene straight out of sin city (the comics, though the movies too I guess.) But actually there are a lot of superman elements, punisher elements, trigun elements, and gungrave elements wink.gif

I think I prefer humorous comics myself, instead of those serious ones, but it sounds good and I'm sure people would pay! :goodjob:

Really?

Now, THAT'S interesting, since I live in Europe, and there are plenty of forests here...
Pretty much the same here in America.. I just think that some of you people are only looking at where you live and then the rainforests...

I mean good god, eastern europe used to be like one big forest, now its like 1 big forest with several towns and city's scattered about it...
