I was trying to create a spell for Magicka restore. I saw in the Prima guide that in the enchanting/spell making section, they have a Restore Magicka and Restore Health. What do I have to do to unlock those, as there are no restore magicka/health in the list for normal Restoration spells.
I want to have a magicka regen spell smile.gif Potions have them.

Did I say ? Playing a pure mage/caster is hard wacko.gif
