 Dark Brotherhood Question, Going to Jail |

So, as we all know, to join the Dark Brotherhood you must first kill an innocent person. When you do, it says "Your actions have been observed by forces unknown..." or some such, indicating the Dark Brotherhood now is aware of you.
But since the guards always come (at least so far, in my experiences), if you go to jail, will the Dark Brotherhood still approach you? Or do you have to get away for them to take notice? I'm new here and tried searching for this topic but couldn't come up with anything, so I'm sorry if it's a re-post  Thanks in advance, ZK |
