I got oblivion a few days ago.
I ran a test, to see if I would be able to run it okay...here are the results:



Obviously, my system is more than capable than enough right?
Well....even bethesda agree. I installed the game, and it automatically put my game on all the highest settings.
(I did prune through them to make sure they weren't too high)

In the first tutorial dungeon, I was having frame rate issues. Whenever there were 3 or more enemies running towards me it fell to pieces, the same happens when I'm riding horseback outside.

Can anyone explain why this is happening?
Is my system simply not powerful enough?

Can anyone link me to some of those 'boost your comp's speed' guides, that have been flying around like mad lately if so?
