I nreckon if you make the AI smarter than you could make them have fights and then repor them to guards who will go running to the crime scene and in you hos if you have been to J'Ghasta's house you may find a secret training room and you know how if you have a house you can buy all the furniture buy a Secret training room one that puts a trap door hudden under a pile of boxes in your base ment if you have one and if you could do this you could add a secret vampire lair in you celler

Make the NPC'S smarter and make them have a andom ability to start fighting with each other then you could mod in a ability to report fights between NPC'S to the guards. And IF you have done all the dark brotherhood quests then you will get a quest to kill a khajit named J'ghasta who is in a secret room in his house and I was wondering if you added a secret room to your house by buying a letter like the furniture and things like servents quarters that is some thing like this:Secret room entitles buyer 2 combat dummys, 2 archery targets and 2 weapon racks.
