My nephew is engaged to a charming Filipino girl, and we met her family a couple of months ago. Yikes! Our family isn't that big! It was a great time, though, and they were wonderfully warm and friendly.
I think I understand the saying. After all, the stuff I'm learning in my MBA courses make waaaay more sense now than they would have had I taken them right after college (without any life or work experience). And I always like to say: Laughter is the best medicine of all. Wise doctors understand the importance of patient morale more than anyone else. And laughter beats all else when it comes to keeping our spirits up.

Opps forgot to introduce myself but I guess late is better than never. I am fairly excited about joining a decent internet forum community. It is a first for me. Everyone here seems nice and I hope I can get along with people. I have joined a roleplay and am planning on writing some intresting fan fiction and who knows it might be decent . Can't wait to become a real member of the community and thanks to all that read my new member post I really appreciate it.

Welcome to ye, TheTrueCaboose. Hope you enjoy our humble little abode that many of us find a soothing and refreshing change to the bedlam that the Bethesda forums can be.
So sit back with a nice pot of tea and enjoy a few of the many excellent stories we have to offer.

Welcome TrueCaboose, just a note: If you tend to read with a beverage in hand I would also keep a roll of paper towels close as well. Some of the humor has a tendency to catch you off guard and well if you have just taken a sip... just letting you know there are dangers here, hehe.
Or you could just do what I did and cover your monitor with clear plastic....

Umm... Hi. I'm not really sure what to say. Well, I guess I joined because I'm eager to comment on (and post my own) fan fiction. I don't really have much else to say.
Oh, my username, Brume, is french for "mist." So no, I haven't just mispelt the word "broom" Though I think I may have mispelt the word "mispelt." Thrice.
