I really can't help you there. I'm not good at making recipes at all.
hmm no but surely you know what´s in those dishes.....no need for measured amounts of that and that,I´m curious of the kind of ingredients...
and you cook sometimes don´t you Sinder...
Sure I cook. I just don't cook traditional food.
But, fine, I'll try to help you.
Mamaliga involves salt and water being mixed with hominy, and then boiled. Then it's mixed with eggs, cheese and cream. Make sure that you cut the eggs and cheese into small pieces and mix the whole thing well.
Tocana involves onions and meat being cooked for a
short while and
not in the same recipient, then being mixed with potatoes and boiled. Then it's put on a plate and tomatoes
or ketchup are added.
There are many more types of traditional food, but some of them are not even eaten in cities.
Ahh thank you, the first one i imagine would be nice as breakfast or as something you eat with f.ex meat or sausage....the second one resembles a dish my late mother-in-law always made for us when we was visiting them on their farm for helping out with some hard work...
