We may or may not try to make the mod. I've got experience modding other engines, and have a great number of resources [Voice actors, coders, etc] at my disposal. I'm not promising anything, but a good mod always starts with good, logical planning.
I've already organized the list into seperate groups, labeling what CAN be accomplished with scripting, and what can't. We're going to go for the scriptable things first, then wait for the unscriptable concepts to fall through.
