Dessert?, A dessert... a nomadic race.....eh? Options

Alright, I'm new to the modding community, that is in the sense that I have never made a mod in all my life, however... I thought it would be somewhat interesting to add a nomadic race in oblivion that came from some desert region (not sure where... perhaps north of kvatch?) there could be region specific creatures.. perhaps some pyramidesque deals that could be treated like the ruins in the regular part of oblivion... I just thought the idea of a nomadic race, with a region they came from would be a good addon... however i lack skills in actually creating the stuff, i am however quite adept at writing stories/plots/scripts.. Just an idea to throw out there... what do you all think?

actually, wouldn't desert nomads be from the west in hammerfell? i like your idea though.

I wasnt sure where to have them from, but my friend and i really liked the ashlanders in morrowind,, but id like to see that kicked up a bit with a whole "ahslander" race and they could be scattered across the world of oblivion simply because of the oblivion gates opening up across their native land... I think it could roll in nicely.
