Can someone tell me if there is a function that returns the Target of a spell,

Im making a mod where a giant hand comes out of the ground and grabs your target, it would work fine with a touch spell since its easy enough to get the players position.

But is there a way to return the spell target? or acceptible in this case, to return the targets position?

Any help is greatly apreciated.

Ps id put screens of the hand which looks realy good so far, but i cant seem to attach pictures.
