Nethemi entered the ring, looked for his opponent, unable to see him stepped out onto the frost flooring. Garath was raised, unable to move, by Hiricne and saw the man standing across from him "I do not wish to kill you, but I must." Garath called. Using the point of that call for a reference Nethemi charged forward his Steel short sword, raised in preperation for a swing. Garath watched the man charge forward with amusement, didn't he know when he was beat? Garath blocked the first blow with his shield, the second with his blade. Then Garath responded, his first blow swung down just missing Nethemi's sword arm embedding the Ebony sword in the ice. Nethemi decided to take advantage of this and jumped up, over the sword, and swung his sword for Garath's head, the swing connected knocking Garath to the left and away from his sword. Garath stumbled then surprised Nethemi with an armoured punch to the face, then a second blow nearly broke Nethemi's hand.
Nethemi ran back, meanwhile Garath walked over to his sword pulled it up and prepared for a second round. Nethemi had decided that he wouldn't win a sword fight or even a hand-to-hand fight with this monster of a man. Starting the spellwork for a skeleton summoning, he summoned a skeleton in front a Garath as he prepared a Fire spell to burn Garath within his armour. The skeleton didn't even slow down Garath, he simply chopped it in half the bones scattering, then powdering in magicka. Nethemi shot his Fire spell, but to his surprise it simply puffed out on the armour. Then he understood, dispelling armour, it would have to be a fight with swords. He drew the blade, dived past Garath and tried to stab into his back. Garath surprised Nethemi again by swinging the sword down in front of him. " I shall end this!" Garath shouted, charging away from Nethemi and toward Hiricine.
Hiricine saw this and laughed a deep gauffing laugh and swung down a giant Deadric Claymore. Garath blocked it with his Ebony sword dived across a small wall, then drew a small scroll. He read from the scroll, but unfortuneatly Hiricince relfected it. Nethemi watched in horror as the brave warrior disingrated into ancient age, then into plague stricken pieces. Hiricine laughed a deep laugh

Nethemi was amazed by the uncaring nature of Hiricine that he had just destroyed a man. Well at least he won.
