i need help to create a minimod Options

ok,first of I have 2 questions:

1. would it be possible to create a ridable "object, or creature" (like horses) with sounds and a new model?

2. how can i add a new model and sounds (i can get the sounds, and make the model if necesary) to TES:oblivion to use them in the CS?

my idea is to create a bike

and to answer your first question: horses are already in the game so you could use them as a reference when your trying to create a new rideable creature or object, so I think that it is possible.

I'm not a modder myself, so I wouldn't know how you can put new sounds or models into the game but I know that it is possible.
