Actually, Elsweyrian Cusisne is moslty based off of Moon Sugar, so you'll be hard out to find anything made there without Moon Sugar in it.

It is called the "Sweet Sixteenth" If Rainer is not mistaken.

The Benchmark Birthday ages are: 13, 16, 18/21. 13 Is because you are a teenager, 16 because it's like a "Halfway" point. And 18/21 is when you become an adult depending on where you are. Even ifyou become an Adult at 18, 21 is still a bechmark, because then wherever you go, you are an adult.
