As i am currently downloading oblivion in order to start the Empire Mod, I was wondering if a decent video card is needed in order to use the TES Construction set? I am currently using a Geforce FX 5500 series video card. If i do need a new one, any suggestions? Thanks.

TES Construction set is actually more processsor than video. If your video card runs oblivion, it will run the construction set. You should be perfectly fine.

I ran CS on a 5200 series card before I upgraded mine, so it should work on a 5500 series.
