how do u get your magica sooooo high Options

i need help getting my magica up. i am level 19 and my magica is only 144. theres soo many spells i cant do. could some one help me

The amount of magicka you have is determined by several factors:

1. Intelligence - your base magicka is equal to twice your intelligence
2. Race - Bretons and Altmer receive bonuses to magicka
3. Birthsign - The Mage, The Apprentice, and The Atronach all provide magicka bonuses

For a character you've already created, your only real choices are:

A. increase your intelligence (at level up)
B. make potions or spells that fortify magicka (temporarily)

Also you can get transendant sigil stones with fortify 50 magicka then enchant your clothing/armour with it, but that is only really worth it if you are playing a pure mage.

most importantly dude would be to level up the school of magic you are trying to cast because as you do that the spell cost decreases

Also, if you havent got the patch yet, then you can try "taint magic" There is a link to a huge mathematical discussion about how if you cast spells on yourself, and one of them is damaging, then your weakness to magic will make the effects better.

Basically, make as spell of:

1 fire damage, for 1 second, on self.
weakness to magicka 100 for 5 seconds, on self
fortify magicka, 100 for 5 seconds, on self
restore health 1 pt, for 2 seconds, on self

Then, make another spell,
1 fire damage for 1 sec on self,
Resist magicka 100 on self for as long as you can get it (2 mins I htink)
fortify str, end, agi, spd, int, will, luck, health, magicka, fatigue (whichever you want, might need 2 spells)

Anyway, you chain cast the first one, the weakness to magicka will multiply and grow, the 1 fire damage tells your "weakness" that the spell is "bad" so it amplifies all the effects, including the heal and the fortify magick. Now, when you cast it again, it you have 1000% weakness to magic, and it multiplies the fortify magicka and heal. You do this till you have as much magicka as you think you need (10000000?) and then cast your uber buffs to lock all your stats in for 2 minutes. I call that Super Saiyan Mode. Then make some other neat 100 fire, frost, lighting, health, fatigue, magicka damage in 50 feet on target for 60 seconds, with paralyze for 60 seconds, all on target, and go nuts.

Of course you will need skill 100 in many magic classes to do thist, but thats not so hard, just make a little 1 magicka practice spell.

That is the secret to unlimited power.
