Language, To convert mods to other languages Options

I have downloaded some mods that have changed some text to French. I read a little French so can figure out what to do.
Some people can't.
A mod to translate to English, French,Spanish,or German would be nice. (Or any other Language that is being used)

It would be nice.

It would also take several modders to accomplish this. Or only one that new all the languages.
