Does anyone know how to get past the second floor of the main imperail tower? Its been bugging me like crazy and I wan to get to the top. =)

There is no way to get to the top unless you're using a mod. Can't remember where I found it now, but go to one of the Oblivion mod sites and search for a file called top_tower.zip

Edit: This allows you to teleport to the top of the tower from somewhere in the gardens below it. It contains two versions; one that simply gets you to the top, and one that adds a plank to the top tower from where you can push your adorable fan from, jump from etc... Just in case you get bored (which can definitely happen while playing Oblivion... tongue.gif)
