My Starsouls look like Azura's Star and work like Sigil Stones, except they are way stronger. When your level in the game is high enough, Calindil of the Mystic Emporium in the Market District of the Imperial City, will offer 14 Starsouls for sale. At a value of 10,000 you will probably have to pay about 15,000 each for them, depending on your skill level of mercantile. There are seven different types of Starsouls available and they are named according to their effects. You'll love this one, guarranteed!
