skill perks for guilds Options

i was just thinking, what if someone did a mod to give people more perks for being in a guild. e.g. free training of sorts, or guild specific spells/abilities....maybe even permanent attribute increases whenever you rise a rank in the guild.

you've become defender in the fighters guild, +1 to strength or whatever.

somethin' like that. just seems like you do a lot of work, get some money and in the end you're sort of kind of boss, but being in the guild doesn't make you a better fighter, or mage, you have to be a better fighter or mage to make it in the guild. know what i'm saying?

anywho, just a thought, anyone got any ideas on it?
