And Minque: Yes karate training can be really hard but it's definitely worth it

Talk about using all muscles... swimming practics when I was in Chaina down in Greece, now when u swim long and hard there u can really feel all your muscles weakning before u get a cramp and drown...
So what's everyone up to tomorrow?
I have to go on a hill walk, The Wicklow Way. About three hours or more of walking.
