Ok... finally back from school... So here we go

Well my school is.. uhh.. how you say it, a gang-land. There are so many frickin gangs and there "gang wars" just about everyday. Then yesterday there was going to be a battle.

There were about 30-40 people on each side alone. After the initial charge at least 10 people were knocked uncouncious(SP?). Then one of my friends was trying to get to the safety of the classroom when some guy decked him. Now me and my friends were watching the festivities (Hehe sorta like gladiatorial battles) and when we saw this we rush out there and joined the fight.

It was awsome, it made me think of like rome total war or something cause we charged into the one gangs side and almost in an instant they were overwhelmed (Grant it me and my friends play football and soccer, but I didn't think we were that strong.. I can only bench 190lbs. kvleft.gif ).

All in all I think the shindig only lasted about 5-6 mins.. Me and my friends got in the fight, beat the crap outa several "hoods" and rescued our friend. Not only that we made it into the classroom before the police started to round up the fighters.

Not bad for a bunch of white boys...

BTW something like this happened 6-7 years ago too, I didn't find out about it till last summer.

hehe, my mom is yelling at my lil bro. He's pissed cause I didn't let him get a bottle of water and he started to sob about it.. Now hes going on that, and I quote, "YOU NEVER YELL AT (I don't think I supposed to put my real name) IT's NOT FAR, I HATE BEING THE MIDDLE CHILD."

lol little baby, and he's 14.. must be a teen thing, I wouldn't know, I was born at 40 years old

That wasn't a sophomoric thing to say. wink.gif

Also, I think I've been in more fights than anyone else in any school I've been to. Its not that I am one of those punks or anything like that. I don't try to get in a fight, I am just the most stubborn guy on the planet and I hate all the political baggage that goes on at school where popular kids get to make fun of and harrass other kids and everyone has to be some sort of thug. It's totally lame, and since I don't buy into it, I get harrassed a lot. When I was in elementary school I lost most of my fights but I got more experienced and as time grew on (as well as help from TaeKwonDo) and it became easy. I'm a really wrathful, stubborn, irritable guy, but not with a chip on my shoulder or anything.

So where was I being relevant? Oh yeah, a big mosh-pit event was staged at a boarding school camp thingie I went to, and I wanted to watch but not be in it, but that's not an option, so I thought I'd just avoid fighting anybody and enjoy the entertainment of hormone filled teenagers beating the crap out of each other, much like Channler described. So, I asked my friends who is an experienced boxer to watch my back, and he said he would.

In the moshpit everything was so intense I totally lost him. Punches and shoves were coming, so in the spurt of the moment I hit the Brazillian kid. Might not sound like much alone but this guy had already grabbed someone and broken their fingers one after the other for some stupid argument. Needless to say I ran, but this stupid little kid, who apparently wanted to watch the most one-sided fist fight in history, decided to lock the door. Everything is a little faded and I'm sure I lost but I got a lot of really good hits in, he got like two good hits in.

So, more teenage hormone filled gang fight stories?

Well I came out unscarred, so did most of the people that I knew.. except one guy, I think he got his nose broke or something.

I'm not a bully or anything, in fact it was pretty stupid to get involved because the two gangs that were fighting (not trying to sound prejiduce here) were black gangs (with a few latinos), adn they usually have some sort of knife or gun or both on them.

I don't want to it again, but I thought it was kinda fun to smack someone in the face in the name of rescueing my friend.. I guess I'm just a mean guy then wink.gif

BTW what do you mean by sophmoric? I'm a junior biggrin.gif Soon to be senior

I'm a sophomore right now but I went through my sophomoric phase in seventh and eighth grade. Generally though, this is how it works

9th grade: Punk, egging houses, the epitome of immaturity in highschool

10th grade: evolved out of boatmaster phase, and suddenly decides they know everything. They have reached a peak of philosophical and intellectual behavior, beyond that of adults

11th grade: Realizes they are not quite as smart as they thought, usually learns some humility and begins to actually learn

12th grade: the second peak of immaturity, not as bad as the furst, mostly laziness. Many have feelings of being held back again.
