Looking at all your questions, you do not seem to have the slightest idea of what Tribunal is all about!
If you go to the Clockwork City by coc, there will be nothing there for you., but if you must. coc "Sotha Sil, Dome of Sotha Sil" There is no point in giving you the journal entries to complete the quest, it will not prove you have done it, especially as you will not be able to discuss what and how you did it. -------------------- Experience is simply the name we give our mistakes
