hmm.... i do judo.... im a black belt in shorin ryu karate..... and i picked up some BJJ from some friends from basic training..... well.... my most non violent sport that i like is basketball and watching football from time2time...

Mixed Martial Arts is pretty sweet. I would be interested in training in something like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but I believe I'm far to inflexible to perform it well. I can't even touch my freaking toes ...

Aye, one of these days I mean to learn one martial art or another. And unlike MM, I can not only touch my toes but I can touch my palms to the floor. Hooray, flexibility!

I like football (soccer) and rugby.

My favourite sport is football, and I play it very much both at school and in my free time. My usual position is that of a defender, since I'm not very good at dribbling. The most technical, and spectacular thing I can do rather easily is the Rabona (crossing your legs then hiting the ball with one of them). I cross my legs incredibly quickly and it confuses my adversaries often. What I like most about football, and rugby, is that they are contact sports and that you can get up close and personal with your adversary. I especially like getting into duels at football, something I excel at because of my size. I once hit a guy with my shoulder so hard that he fell over completely, while running to get the ball I was protecting.

I also like watching football greatly, I go to matches often and I have a good knowledge of all the teams currently playing in the Romanian first league. The greatest match I've been to so far, has been a match in the Champions League group phases between Real Madrid and Steaua Bucharest, the former champions of Romania. I went to Madrid to see the match and it was played on the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, one of the most famous football stadiums in the world. It was just magic, seeing a Champions League match live on a foreign stadium packed with 80 000 people, out of which 20 000 were Romanians. Magic.

I also like rugby, which I also practice at a club. I have been at this club for 3 months now and the coach has big plans with us. He wants us to be Regional champions...for starters.

Anyway...I don't like sports like Basketball because you can barely touch your opponent, something which I find supremely annoying, me being accostumed to football and rugby.

I used to play soccer (footboll/futbol) I played all around, except for goalee (crap, I never needed to spell that position before). I don't play anywmore, but still can. Neither do I watch it on TV (I never watch sports).

My Dad wants me to stay doing Tennis now that I've started, but I'll only do it for recreation from now on. No school team for me.

I've kinda lost any interest in rugby since my brother recently had his jaw broken after taking a late hit by an opposing team member when he wasn't expecting it. My brothers constantly talk about how dirty that game gets. Lots of stepping on grounded people with your clets and all that.

Lately, I've been glued to hockey because the Stanley Cup Championship is happening right now. Unfortunately the Canadian team, the Ottawa Senators are down 3-1 in the series but the funny thing is this:
the opposing team, the Anaheim Ducks has the most Canadian players on a team in the whole league. So in the end, for some it can be very hard to pick a team you want to win.

I really love hockey but since I'm from Sweden I can't watch NHL if I don't have a special channel. But I watch "Elitserien" the leage in Sweden which I think is the biggest leage in the world after NHL and maybe the russian.
