QUOTE(Dantrag @ Dec 14 2006, 01:04 AM) *

Rahvin

"I think that's the first whole truth I've ever heard from you." he said with a grin. Maybe those hundreds of years of practice didn't pay off as well as he thought.

"Alright then, what were you planning? I know you didn't come all this way without a course of action." Rahvin figured that Sadril had more information than he, so any plan that Sadril came up with would be a good starting point, at least, if not the set-in-stone course of action.

Sadril

Sadril smiled. That's what I like to hear. "Okay," his voice calming down slightly, "Rann and... what's her name... Satyana are headed south to investigate the rumor that Leyawiin is now a burning pile of ash. They seemed to have a large group of people so I think they will be safe from Veric for now. I'd bet my money he's going after this lost daughter, either to kill her or turn her so I'd say we would have to track her down.

"I was hoping you would have a better idea of her location though... So tracking her may be out of the question..." he finished, giving Brianna a hopeful look asking for any information on the subject, though it was probably in vain.

Sadril still left out the fact that he was the one assigned to find the lost daughter, but he wasn't even sure he would reveal her location even if he did find her.

Rahvin

"If a lych and a powerful mage couldn't find the woman, I doubt an ancient vampire and a washed-up assassin could. We can't be looking for a needle in a haystack when there are plenty in our hands." he said, a bit surprised at his own fitting analogy.

"We can assume that all three of the children are the targets, meaning that Rann and Satyana would be in more danger since they are travelling together. He'd rather have two out of three than one out of three, I'm sure."

Brianna

Brianna listened to Rahvin´s and Sadril´s conversation, her memory had returned now to a full extent..or at least she thought so....

Rahvin....you are right, Rann and Satyana are probably in the greatest danger....and when I think about it, I remember seeing Salina once.....together with a young girl, no Telina doesn´t know....I don´t know if Salina wanted to show the girl what a miserable wreck her real mother was.....Oh and Rahvin..that girl was evil, trust me, she was! And by all means I think she might even go with Veric.....

"Hey! I´m here as well" she smiled, "Would one of you gentlemen please give me another drink?"

Flint Ironwood, near the stable.

Flint saw how swords were drawn.
,,Oh, great." He muttered as he came to a halt. A Daedric bow formed in his hand, with an arrow nocked.
,,Drop those pointy things right now!" He shouted at the two shadows further down the road.

,,Could someone go and grab our horses?" He added to the group.

Altec

"Damnation.." Altec's eyes saw the Dark Brotherhood assasin and his knocked bow. It was that he was worried about these two, he just didn't want to have to fight them all for he would loose.

"I concede this ground to you now foe.." As he finished his sword vanished and Altec bolted off into the trees at a speed that could not be matched.

Flint Ironwood, happy. (considering the circumstances.)

As the stranger fled, Flint dispelled his bow. Chasing would be pointless.
,,Right, I'm going and get myself a horse."

Flint walked back and picked his horse, a black one with silvery manes.
,,Hello, good buddy. Feeling up for a trip to Leyawiin? I bet you do. I'm Flint, nice to meet you." The Breton spoke to the horse as they went back on the road.
,,I'm ready now. Let's go."

Flogir

"Well it looks like we're not escaping the killing anytime soon..." Flogir muttered as he finished off his soup and prepared to head out. He wasn't quite sure how to feel about the death of Jonathan's father. He had only just met him; he was practically a stranger at that. Still, it was depressing to know that he was killed when it seemed the area was safe.

Flogir silently picked a young palfrey at the horse stables. The horse looked strong and fit, traits Flogir particularly was looking for. He patted the nose of horse gently. "Come along now; we're off to Leyawiin it seems."

Sadril

"Sure," Sadril answered before Rahvin could. He ordered another round for everyone and left the last of his septims on the table. Damn, I'm running low. I had a bag of jewels but that was attached to my cloak which I lost to those damn assassins.

He raised his cup, "To old friends," he toasted, assuming Rahvin and Brianna thought of him as much of a friend as he did they; not a lot, but times were getting tough. Anything to celebrate to...

Issac, sulking somewhat

As Altec fled into the woods, Issac stood there and allowed the turn of events register in his head. This is all odd, even when someone has to deal with things that are out of the ordinary..... He noticed ian and Flint and approached them sheathing his katana and releasing his shield.

The older agent remained silent as they went back to the stables, but Issac was certain he knew a little bit about what Ian was thinking. When they reached the stables he split off and leaned against the porch. I don't need a horse, I can run faster then those creatures anyway.... He thought sourly, a little angry because of Ian's disapproval. He killed an unarmed man, how could I not have chased him?........

Ian

So, Issac followed the man to that point and was confronting when Flint and I showed up........ Ian didn't have anything to say to the boy. He was conflicted between approval and disapproval of his actions......... Ian decided to watch as the others selected their steeds, when they were done, he would teleport ahead to Leyawiin, to scout it out.

Rann

Figuring that it was time, he selected a horse of hi own. It was lean, but not in an emaciated sort of way. It had the build of a horse bred for speed if not necessarily endurance. It looked plain enough, with its solid brown coat, but Rann felt he had found the right one.

"This one have a name?" he asked Jonathan, both trying to keep his thoughts away from the recently deceased, as well as to figure out if he was naming or renaming the horse.

Rahvin

"No matter how damned shady and immortal they are." he added to the toast with a grin before downing his mug. "Let me get my weapons before we go look for the long lost child." he said, guessing Sadril's intentions.

Jonathan

With the rage building in him, Jonathan stormed out of his house and made his way to the stable where he left Lila. He ignored Rann's question, not because he didn't know, but he didn't care.

"Don't worry about that honoured user.." He said to really no one, "I'm going to kill that honoured user myself."

He kicked off to the side of the house and smashed in one of the windows. From his vantage point he could see the liquor cabinet and with a some power that obviously came out of no where, shot a stream of magicka fire at it. The cabinet exploded and quickly began to set the house afire.

"Lets go." He grunted.

Ian, well not very happy

Clenching his fist in frustration, Ian was getting hot under his hood, and not because of the heat from Johnathan's fire. That will draw attention for miles, if no one sees the Imperial City then they'll see this! He fumed. Can't any of these people think before they set something on fire? OK, I understand his father was killed just now, but can this man control his temper before he gets us all killed?

Ian turned to Issac, who had leapt away from his position on the porch to land beside him. "I'm going ahead to Leyawiin, I'll see you all in three days." And he made the neccessary hand-sign and dissappeared into thin air.

He appeared inside the Leyawiin chapel, behind a fire, he threw himself through it, avoiding getting burned. But his cloak was a little scorched around the ends. He kicked the doors open and glanced around at the changed town. And people said this was a slum before it got burned to the ground....... He mused, and began to pick his way through the rubble toward the harbor and spotted two figures.........

Rann

"Someone remind me to ride behind him." he said after Jonathan's outburst. He could understand, of course, but sometimes just didn't think before speaking.

He mounted his new horse and waited for everyone to decide to move.

Issac, agreeing with Rann

"Don't worry if you remind me, then I'll remind you." Issac replied to Rann's comment. I would be angry if Ian died, but one has to remain in control of his actions. He shook his head. "Let's hope he isn't very similar to that fire, otherwise he might burn us all in his anger." Issac whispered to Rann. "So, shall we be off?" As he began to walk to the road.

Flogir

Flogir gently calmed his mount down, who was getting a little antsy from the exploding liquor and the house being sent aflame. He sympathized for Jonathan, but his reaction was rather shocking. Flogir didn't know that Jonathan was capable of weilding magic.

"Well I better not try to piss him off... or else I might be on the recieving end of one of those..." Flogir said quietly to himself as he approached the others.

"I take it we're going?"

Sodsa Hekal, Surprised at The Constantine ranch (right?)

Sodsa was training his marksmanship when he saw Jonathan's 'demonstration' "Looks like we're leaving then"

Sodsa grabbed a red-ish horse with a flame red mane and rode over to Rann, "Did I miss anything by not going inside?" Sodsa saw the house on fire and it warmed a deep spot in his heart. "Nice touch if i do say so myself."

Brianna

She nodded at Sadril, smiling at him.....Oh yes I remember ..he was nice...even then back ago...I remember...

"Do we wish to find her?" Brianna asked "Why are we always looking for evil? yes I admit it seems strange that I have no wish to find my own child, but I am sick and tired of evil..I have never done any real harm to anyone so why is it that evil seems to always haunt me?"

Rahvin, I gave you a son, I know you care for him, doesn´t that mean something to you?

Satyana

She waited along with the others, trying to stay close to Issac and Rann. She watched Jonathan burst away...with a tad of sadness.....

Soon they would be on their way..

OOC: So now please just let her stick with you, I don´t know if I´ll be on again untill sunday or monday.

Rahvin

"We have a responsibility. Even if she is evil, and we can't change her, we have to at least keep her-- and Salina-- from doing harm, right?"

"Besides, with Veric back, it would be best to be on the move."

I understand your fears, Bree, but sometimes we just have to do some things, no matter how distasteful.

Rann

Rann put his horse into motion, heading towards Leyawiin with the others. Despite what had just happened, Rann began whistling a merry tune. Not to be rude, or because he felt especially happy, but because he was beginning to get bored.

He stopped whisling for a second to ask everyone the all-important question. "Anyone have a pipe?"

Issac, thinking and walking

"A pipe, no. Leaf, yes." And Issac tossed a hakle-lo up to Rann. "Enjoy!" He lapsed into silence, but slowed down enough to match stride with Satyana's horse. He was already anxious to reach Leyawiin, not because he was bored, or worried about his father. he can take care of himself.........

What he wanted to do was get there soon enough to be of aid to any survivors. I'm not much of a healer, I'm just good enough to heal my skin and not much else. He gazed intently at the horizon, and sighed.

Issac wondered where his other adopted parent was....... She had been the one who had taught him about magic. He remembered her as a compassionate individuel, but also wise and intelligent. Where are you now?
Naturally, Issac didn't expect an answer, his "mother" was a loner, much like Ian. She'd gone her own way a few years ago, but knowing her she could be lurking right behind them right now and no one would notice.

Sodsa threw a hand up in the air when Rann ignored his comments. "Guess thats a yes. Common girl." Sodsa nudged the horse and she went into a nice trot behind Ian and Satyana.
