I am in awe of such a trick. It makes me jealous.

At least I got my power of looking devilishly handsome. biggrin.gif

Ahh, MM biggrin.gif ... it is just that devilishly handsome trick of yours that keeps me coming back! (Are you tan, freckled or peeling yet?)

And viewing in on my friend Milanius' virtual weaponsmith mastery viking.gif and scoping Geonox's wub.gif latest creations.

But of course to check in person what my scouts report from the misbehavings wacko.gif in New Zealand!!! You owe me 3 months ... that's 900 pushups, soldier!

As for my fluttery disappearances and absences ... what can I say, I am a migrating bird and the seasons shuttle me hither and yon. But I always return don't I, luvies?? Like the Capistrano sparrows .. always like the sparrows.

Pisces understands me perfectly ... but of course we are kndred watersigns and he rolls with the tidal rhythms and flows himself .. if you've noticed. ohmy.gif

The burn on my nose peeled (well it was more of a flaking there) while my neck area sorta peeled and also kinda tanned slightly I guess. Other than that I'm the same pale ol' self that I am.

900 pushups?!I can't, I'm a soldier, I have a war to fight in, I need to invade Florida.

Misbehaving? Moi? I'm being nice and going to a friend's birthday dinner tonight. Of course she only invited me because I was harassing her by email but still, its the ends not the means wink.gif

I have 2 more exams Friday and Saturday, a few hours after the Saturday one I will be on a plane to Auckland for a week on a model (roleplay) UN conferance. I'm going to be debating on the 4th General assembly representing Egypt, I'll make sure to push my plans to invade Florida.

Muhawahahah!!! Silly sea creature ... Florida has NEVER been invaded - not by the Yankees, not by the confederates, not by Hemmingway, not by the Spanish, not by the Seminoles themselves, not by the rumrunners nor the drug smugglers and CERTAINLY NOT by you!! blink.gif

Egyptians invading sunny Florida ... they already do as tourists. But I am an Egyptian Bird Goddess so they will bow down and worship me, not follow you. We'll have you for sushi wacko.gif

Hehe, I feel like I'm important now. I just got my first scam email from some African saying I could get 30% of 10.5 million dollars because some dude died and his next of kin died with him. Hehe, amusing!

Wait until you get one of these hitman email scams ... or maybe they caught that guy. Your tan sounds like it'll go just perfect with your cowboy hat. biggrin.gif

Wolfie, the last time I was here was October 18th before our car died in traffic and I had to switch jobs to a walking to one. Let's see ... canis was taking a trip up into the mountains & I remember that many of you were dealing with dormitory life and college for the first time .. rather successfully from what I read. Was it Zarr and Neela who were dealing with bf's who'd be going off to college? Minque had visited America - NYC, Michigan and the Smokey Mountains,Doomey had been to Machu Picu and Pisces posted an outstanding photography array of New Zealand landscape photos. It was Halloween and some of you dressed up - don't remember any of the exact costumes anymore but it was such fun reading about. I've missed you all & did think of you often. Just had to get RL straightened out for awhile and needed new comuter hardware. All is good now ... I've even got a swimming pool on a lake to splash around in!

If I have to swim I'm more of a pool person, just because I know what I'm getting into though. I'd still rather go to a lake though. The serenity it provides just seems to be more pleasing than a noisy pool.

Who wouldn't enjoy a nice campfire with a tranquil lake as your backdrop? As long as I got some bugspray to keep the mosquitoes from eating me alive, I think that is the fitting summertime escape.

Beach = no natural shade for us pale people + salt water tastes gross + lack

Therefore: Lake > Beach

Booyakasha! (I don't know why I did that)

Lakes own the beach simply due to the fact that they don't contain massive amounts of salt.
Other than that... well, paleskins like me burn just as easy on a sunny day by a lake as at the beach lol

In New Jersey I was a surfer and ocean person & pool swimmer second. But in Florida I don't do the ocean because of sharks, stingrays, jellyfish, man o' wars, etc. and I don't do lakes because of alligators and snakes.

I use 65_SPF sunblock if I'm out between noon to 3pm and 30_SPF tanning lotion after 3pm. The 65 sunblock feels like liquid car wax on your skin but it works.

Hey, I'm as pale as i not paler than all of you, yet I'd rather swim in the ocean than a lake any day. The beach has waves, and sand, and hell, I like the salty air smell and the salty water.

Maybe it's because I lived at the beach during my early childhood, and it's nostalgic, I dunno. I love it.

um, what work, I haven't done anything new in ages... eh, well I did something and I even wanted to do a mod for MW - you know, not just leave the things LYING THERE, in some cave in Ashlands... but that's ditched now.

Anyway.

I've heard that sunblock that is 60+ is just as harmful as the sun and is carcenogic. But that's just what I've heard. I'm a 30 person myself. It does the trick for me (most of the time....).

Man, my long weekend is BUSY. Last night I went to the bar with friends, tonight I'm going to a different bar with those same friends. Sunday I'm going to my other friend's BBQ, and on Monday I'm going with another group of my friends to an amusement park. That means I don't think I'll be drinking too much Sunday. I need my stomach in tip-top shape if I wanna ride Top-Gun! tongue.gif

Oh yea, I also splurged like heck yesterday. I spent like $100 on CDs followed by another $100 on books (and one of them was free too!). I think the main reason it was so expensive was becasue I bought "One Flew Over the Cockoo's Nest". For such a small, paperback book I find it shocking that it's $21. It better be as good as they say it is!
