QUOTE(Kiln @ Aug 18 2013, 06:28 PM) *

Yeah my son was born after 18 hours of labor. The last two hours were very tough for my wife but our son is now born and is healthy. We can't leave the hospital until tomorrow morning but so far things are good.

Welcome back Minque and Uleni. Glad you both decided to pop in.

-chokes on drink-

EIGHTEEN HOURS?!

Mine was about six or seven, but I didn't think I was in labor for about five of them, lol.

Congrats on your blueberry muffin! wub.gif

Well he was facing upward, which I'm told makes it a much more difficult delivery. My wife was so strong though, it was amazing and she was able to deliver naturally.

Thanks for the congrats guys, means a lot.

Oh wow, kudos to your wife!!!

On another note, bedtime just got more difficult here. Snuggles has discovered he can climb out of his crib, even if we tell him no.

I put him in his crib and went to make myself a little nighttime, uh...soothing drink, and I turn around and see him standing there, grinning.

Of course, I screamed like a little girl XD

Time for a youth bed. That's the big sign he has reached the age for a "big boy" bed.

His crib converts into one, thankfully. The only thing is, is he rolls off the bed at night if he's not boxed in, lol

Is it the kind where you fix the sides down so that he can climb in and out but still not roll out?

We just put the kids' mattresses on the floor until the rolling out stage was over. Also until the jumping off the bed stage was over. Fun!

I just received some disturbing new. I'm not sure how I'll be the next few days, or even if I'll be on. For anyone in the RP, my characters aren't present or in the way, so things should run smoothly for everyone.
