The fact that that woman is (presumably) still alive, show you have a great deal more restraint than I have. I imagine that if I were in your situation at the time my response would have been; "Madam, quiet your spawn now, before I quiet them permanently."

That sounds like me with my children anywhere we went. (Except they would have staged a food war with the swiped stuff). The stores around my house used to pray they could lock their doors when they saw me getting out of the car with my boys.
