We’re feeding him all of the moles, voles, and chipmunks he can catch.
 I did catch Mr. Grits and The Girl feeding high fiber bread to the deer, which is not at all good for them. We had a discussion about people food and wild animals and I also mentioned that the damned deer have eaten just about every plant I’ve tried to grow over the years while fastidiously avoiding the weeds and so I was not going to buy bread for them. Then I pointed out that the only thing worse than piles of deer poop in the grass was puddles of deer poop. So the fox caught in a digestive event in the middle of the lawn was quickly blamed on the high fiber bread! You’re right, ghastley, even the barred owl could not take this guy.
